About
Our Lady of Victory Parish is located within the Diocese of Tyler under Bishop Joseph E. Strickland. Our Lady of Victory has been active in Paris community since the first Catholic Mass was celebrated here in 1863. Within our Parish are several active organizations, including Our Lady's Guild, the Knights of Columbus and St. Vincent de Paul as well as an active FLAME Youth Group. Our Parish currently has over 708 families registered with over 263 children registered in our Faith Formation program.
