About

The Paris Education Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization formed in response to the desire of the Paris Independent School District Board of Trustees to increase the scholarships offered to Paris High School graduates. Established in 1989, the foundation was created to generate financial support for the students and faculty of the Paris Independent School District. P.E.F. is funded by investment monies from the original endowment, fund raising events and your contributions. P.E.F. hosts two annual fund raising events: "I Love Paris" in the fall and the "J.T. Davis Memorial Golf Tournament" which is the first Saturday in June. Both of these fund raisers have been great successes because of the generous support of our community!! Each year, scholarships are given for post-high school studies and teacher enhancement. P.E.F. also provides annual monetary Teacher of the Year Awards for the selected teacher from each P.I.S.D. campus.
